The aim of this research is to answer improvement of performance in the presence of Employee of the Semester program, COMMITTEE TEAM Credibility, principles of evaluation, attraction of a program, operational quality, responsibility, Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel employee performance. The method used in the research is descriptive survey, and the data collecting techniques are questionnaire, structured interviews, and literature studies. Population under study is Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel employees at level 1,2, and 3 with total of populations are 205 employee. The sampling used is proposional stratified random sampling technique with total of sample are 67 employee. The results of the research shown that there is significant, positive correlation between Employee of The Semester and performance. Hypothesis that acceptable is H1 and H0 ignored that mean, significant correlation between Employee of The Semester Program and improvement of employee performance. Consequently, the researcher suppose Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel need to increase attention to employees through Employee of The Semester program in order to create improvement of the whole performance.
