This observation has aim to know how far the efficiency of editorial staff meeting over increasement of productivity of daily news of Galamedia Bandung, so for answering that problem, observer analysing level of communicator credibility, the content of message, media that have been used, target achievment, working achievment, and ability of writing. The type of observation is quantitative. Observation method is survey with using correlation analysing technique. Sampling unit is 32 pers' of daily news of Galamedia Bandung. File is collected with quisioner, interview, and library study. File analysis technique that i use for learning the connection between variable that used in Rank Spearman coefficient corelation. The result of observation tell us about the effect of communicator credibility over productivity increasement is quite strong with 0,372 of correlation. The effect of the content of message over productivity increasement is quite strong with 0,478 of correlation. The effect of media that is used over productivity increasement is quite strong with 0,543 of correlation. The effect of effectivity of editorial staff meeting over target achievement is quite strong with 0,623 of correlation.The effect of effectivity of editorial staff meeting over working achievement is quite strong with 0,365 of correlation. The effect of the content of message over productivity increasement is quite strong with 0.478 of correlation. The result of data compiling and hypothesis test, conceptual (observing hypothesis) Hi is accepted. The result of observing is giving the information about the effect between effectivity editorial staff meeting over productivity increasement of pers of daily news of Galamedia Bandung. The cunclusion is effectivity editorial staff meeting is effective over productivity increasement of pers of daily news of Galamedia Bandung. Suggestion for this observation is increase the effectivity editorial staff meeting and there must be a duty for pers to attend editorial staff meeting because along this time not all pers attend the meeting.
