Estimasi Biaya dan Indeks Risiko Pembangunan TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka

TPPAS Regional merupakan solusi atas permasalahan sulitnya lokasi tempat pemrosesan akhir sampah di kota-kota besar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui Dinas Permukiman dan Perumahan Provinsi Jawa Barat melakukan perencanaan pembangunan TPPAS. Untuk merealisasikan rencana tersebut, maka perlu diidentifikasi kebutuhan aset tetap di TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka, selain itu perlu di estimasi biaya pembangunan TPPAS, juga perlu dibandingkan antara dana yang tersedia dalam Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dengan hasil estimasi biaya, dan perlu menganalisis indeks risiko TPPAS terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah teridentifikasinya kebutuhan aset tetap di TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka, menghasilkan estimasi biaya pembangunan TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka, menghasilkan perbandingan antara dana yang tersedia dalam RAB dengan hasil estimasi biaya, dan menghasilkan indeks risiko TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka terhadap lingkungan. Adapun hasil dari proyek ini adalah aset tetap yang dibutuhkan TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka berupa lahan, peralatan dan mesin, gedung dan bangunan, dan jalan, jaringan dan irigasi. Biaya pembangunan TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka berdasarkan RAB adalah Rp. 508.585.371.464, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil estimasi biaya adalah Rp. 504.914.228.820. Tingkat bahaya TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka terhadap lingkungan sosial berdasarkan lampiran V Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 3/PRT/M/2013 tergolong rendah karena nilai indeks risiko 205,20 lebih kecil dari 300. Kata Kunci: Estimasi Biaya Pembangunan TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka dan Indeks Risiko TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka.

TPPAS Regional Legok Nangks development costs based RAB is Rp. 508 585 371 464, while based on the estimated cost is Rp. 504 914 228 820. Danger level of TPPAS Regional Legok Nangka on the social environment by attachment V Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 3/PRT/M/2013 is low because of the risk index value 205,20 less than 300.
