Filter cage adalah alat dedusting (pengumpul debu) yang sering digunakan di pabrik semen. Alat tersebeut selama ini didapat oleh PT Prima Identity Engineering dengan cara Import dari luar negeri denga harga 400.000 Rupiah untuk satu unit filter cage. Sebagai pemasok filter cage mempertimbangkan untuk mengembangkan dan membuat sendiri filter cage. maka sebab itu tugas akhir Estimasi biaya pembuatan filter cage di PT Prima Identity Engineering ini akan mengestimasi tentang biaya pengadaan produk dengan cara membuat sendiri membandingkan harga produk untuk satu unit produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode full costing untuk menghitung estimasi harga pokok produksi dengan Pengumpulan data berupa bahan baku, biaya pekerja dan biaya overhead pabrik. Penelitian Estimasi biaya pembuatan filter cage ini yaitu berupa penawaran biaya untuk memproduksi produk, biaya peroduksi untuk satu unit produk. Kata kunci: filter cage, harga pokok produksi, estimasi biaya, bahan baku, biaya pekerja, overhead pabrik.

Filter cage is a dedusting equipment (dust collector) that is often used on a cement factory. PT Prima Identify Engineering gets the equipment by importing it from other country with Rp 400,000 for one unit of filter cage. As a supplier, filter cage considers to develop and make its own filter cage. Therefore, this final project about the making of filter cage at PT Prima Identity Engineering's estimated cost will estimate the cost of the product procurement by making its own product and comparing the price of one unit product. This research used the full costing method to count the estimated cost of good solds by collecting the data such as the raw material, salary, and the factory's overhead cost. The Research Estimation of the cost of making this filter cage is cost offer for producing the product, and the production cost for one unit of the product.
