Di zaman teknologi yang serba digital seperti saat ini, masyarakat dituntut untuk dapat cerdas dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi capaian penerapan financial technology dalam Sistem Informasi Pajak Online (Sipolin) melalui persepsi user dengan pendekatan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone & Mclean. Fintech merupakan sebuah model layanan keuangan yang dikembangkan melalui teknologi dan informasi. Model kesuksesan informasi yang dikembangkan oleh Delone & Mclean mengukur kesuksesan sebuah sistem informasi melalui dimensi Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Niat Penggunaan, Kepuasan Pengguna, dan Manfaat Bersih. Model dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi olah data SmartPLS 3. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian Inner Model menunjukan 3 dari 8 hipotesis tidak terbukti, diantaranya adalah variabel Kualitas Sistem yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pengguna, variabel Kualitas Informasi yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Niat Penggunaan, dan variabel Niat Penggunaan yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Manfaat Bersih. Namun, secara umum capaian penerapan financial technology dalam Sipolin dapat dikatakan sukses dengan beberapa hal yang masih harus diperbaiki dan dikembangkan. In the age of digital technology, the society is demanded to be clever in making use of information and technology which designed to make life easier. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the outcome of financial technology implementation in the Online Taxation Information System (Sipolin) from the user perspective by using Delone & Mclean information system success model. Fintech is a model of financial service which developed using information and technology. The model of information systems success which developed by Delone & Mclean measures success of information systems using following dimension: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Intention to Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. The model is analyzed using Partial Least Square-based Structural Equation Modeling in SmartPLS 3 software. The sampling technique used in this research is the non probability sampling and the sampling was done by purposive sampling. The result of the Inner Model test shows 3 from 8 hypothesis is not proven, among those is System Quality variable shows no impact toward User Satisfaction variable, Information Quality variable shows no impact toward Intention to Use variable, and Intention to Use variable shows no impact toward Net Benefit variable. Nevertheless, it is correct to say the outcome of financial technology implementation in Sipolin is quite successful with few things to be fixed and updated.
