The rapid advancement of technology has affected various sectors of human life, including the education sector. One of the technological advances in education is the emergence of mobile learning as an evolutionary form of e-learning in the learning process. The growth of e-learning in Indonesia shows a positive trend and is predicted to enter the top 5 buyers of mobile learning globally. However, digital literacy is still lacking in Indonesian education. This study aims to examine the factors that determine the acceptance of mobile learning using the UTAUT 2 model. Quantitative methods are used in this study by distributing questionnaires online to 400 respondents using mobile learning in Indonesia. Then the analysis is carried out through the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the Smart PLS application. The results revealed that all UTAUT 2 factors had a positive and significant influence on the intention to use mobile learning, except for the variable facilitating conditions and price value. Besides, habit, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention influence usage behavior. These findings can provide insights for Indonesian edutech companies in developing mobile learning quality and increasing user intention to use mobile learning.
