ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to find out what are the determines factors which influence the customer in choosing RANGKAS Karapitan Bandung as their shopping place. By knowing the main reason of customer in choosing one business as a shopping place, a retailer can be develop the best strategy to serve the customers, so the customers will be interested and decided too choose a particular business as their shopping place. Researcher using the Judgement sampling and six variables of store image was used in this research. Data were collected through distributed questionnaires to 215 customers of RANGKAS Karapitan Bandung and for analysis researcher used Factor Analysis and Descriptive Analysis...
