Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Cimahi sebagai directive leadership (pengarah), supportive leadership (pendukung), participative leadership (partisipatif), dan Achievement-Oriented Leadership (berorientasi prestasi) dalam mensosialisasikan anggota dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah 2014 di kalangan pemilih pemula, karena banyaknya pemilih pemula yang masih tidak faham dan masih kurangnya kepedulian dan
kesadaran terhadap Pemilu 2014 ini. Teori yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori gaya kepemimpinan dari Stephen P. Robbins, (Penerjemah : Ratna Saraswati dan Febriella Sirait 2015:256), yang meliputi dari directive leadership (pengarah), supportive leadership (pendukung), participative leadership (partisipatif), dan Achievement-Oriented Leadership (berorientasi prestasi). Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yakni metode penelitian deksriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Cimahi sebagai directive leadership (pengarah) masih ada kelemahan karena masih ada pengaruh dari birokrasi. Gaya kepemimpinan Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Cimahi sebagai supportive leadership (pendukung) belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Gaya kepemimpinan Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Cimahi sebagai participative leadership (partisipatif) tidak berjalan dengan baik. Gaya kepemimpinan Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Cimahi sebagai Achievement-Oriented Leadership (berorientasi prestasi) pemilih pemula belum berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan belum tercapainya target sosialisasi pemilihan umum legislatif 2014 di tingkat pemilih pemula. Disarankan Agar kinerja Kota Cimahi dalam sosialisasi Pemilihan Umum Legislatif 2014 di Tingkat Pemilih Pemula lebih optimal, maka seorang pemimpin harus dan memotivasi bawahannya selalu meningkatkan kinerjanya secara keseluruhan di KPU Kota Cimahi.

The objctive of this research is to know The Style of Leadership By General Election Commission Cimahi City Chairman as directive leadership (director),supportive leadership (proponent) participative leadership (partisipative), and Achievement-Oriented Leadership (achievement oriented) in socialize the general election of the memberÃâs of house of representative, regional representative council, regional people's representative assembly of 2014 in the beginner voter level because of there are many beginner voter still don't understand and still have less concern and awareness for this 2014 general election. The theory used by the researcher in this research is the theory of leadership style by Stephen P. Robbins (Translator : Ratna Saraswati and Febriella Sirait 2015:256), which includes directive leadership (director), supportive leadership (proponent), participative leadership (partisipative), and Achievement- Oriented Leadership (achievement oriented). The research's method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research shows that there is still a lack in The Style of Leadership By General Election Commission Cimahi City Chairman as directive leadership (director) because of influence from bureaucracy. The Style of Leadership By General Election Commission Cimahi City Chairman as supportive leadership (proponent) is not appropriate with the hope yet. The Style of Leadership By General Election Commission Cimahi City Chairman as partisipative leadership (partisipative) is not going well. The Style of Leadership By General Election Commission Cimahi City Chairman as achievement-oriented leadership (achievment oriented) for beginner is not going aptimally yet. This is evidenced by not achieving the socialiation's target of 2014 general legislative election in the beginner voter level. It is recomended to optimize the performance of KPU Cimahi City in sosializing the 2014 genera llegislative election in the beginner voter level so that the leader must give a motivation to its subordinate to increase their overall performance in KPU Cimahi City.
