Quantitative was type of research, correlation method was used as the research method. Questionnaire, interview, and literature studies were used as data collecting technique. This population research includes employee BKKBN of West Java Province. Proportional stratified sampling was applied to get research sample. Rank Spearman was used as data analyzed, and correlation test used as significant determined. Result from this research: correlation between communicator credibility with employee attitude quite strong with value 0,413, correlation between message content with employee attitude strong with value 0,595, correlation between media with employee attitude strong with value 0,556, correlation between employee establishment activity with cognitive aspect strong with value 0,541, correlation between employee establishment activity with affective aspect strong with value 0,548, correlation between employee establishment activity with connative aspect quite strong with value 0,492 and correlation between employee establishment activity with employee attitude strong with value 0,627. Using significant-test from Rank Spearman Correlation, H0 ignored, H1 accepted. Result show there is correlation between employee establishment activity with BKKBN of west Java province employee attitude. The research suggests recommendations for considering technology use, such as: in focus or another audio visual media in order to get more attractive activities and not get monotonous.
