Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid is an alternative screening check that is cheap, practical and easy. The purpose of Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid examination is to detect early presence of precancerous lesions or to see the presence of cancer by changing the color of cervical epithelium to white. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of socialization of reproduction health program in women in early with Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid examination and motivation in women in early with Visual Inspection with Acetic examination. The research design used was correlational with cross sectional approach with population number 512, sample taken 225 respondents obtained by cluster sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and likert scale. The result of data analysis shows that majority of women in early not follow the socialization of reproduction health program as much as 185 (82,5%) and that follow socialization only 40 (17,3%). The motivation to follow the examination on women in early most have motivation less 129 (57,5%) where as good motivation only 96 (42,2%) in follow pepemriksaan Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid majority wus not follow that is 181 (80,5%) the rest follow as much 44 , 5%). The result of statistical test using Chi Square with α = 0,05 got p value 0.000 for socialization of reproduction health program and p value = 0,016 for motivation follow Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid examination, so it can be concluded that there is significant correlation between socialization of reproduction health program with iva and There is a relationship of motivation wus with Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid examination on Women in Early. This recommendation is aimed at women in early to follow the socialization of program so that it is motivated to conduct Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid examination.
