Sistem yang dirancang dan direalisasikan pada proyek akhir ini adalah Human Machine Interface pada modul pemanipulasi data aritmatik berbasis PLC Omron CP1L. Sistem ini dibuat untuk mempermudah proses monitoring dan kontrol pada suatu plant. Sistem ini dapat dipakai di industri sebagai monitoring berbagai macam plant yang tersedia didalam industri. Dalam proyek akhir ini, plant yang digunakan adalah pemotong otomatis. Dimana sistem ini dapat memonitoring dan mengontrol plant tersebut melalui software CX-Designer, dan PLC yang digunakan adalah PLC Omron CP1L 40DT. CX-Designer merupakan software keluaran Omron yang menjadi suport client yang digunakan untuk SCADA ataupun HMI (Human Machine Interface). Plant pemotong otomatis merupakan alat yang dapat memotong objek yang digerakan oleh 2 motor sebagai penggerak 2 konveyor dan 1 motor sebagai penggerak pisau pemotong. Sensor proximity digunakan sebagai pendeteksi keberadaan benda yang akan dipotong, sehingga bila ada benda yang terdeteksi konveyor akan bergerak. Untuk memilih jumlah potongan yang akan dipotong, digunakan keypad. Gerak motor, menyala atau matinya sensor merupakan indikator yang ada di dalam monitoring serta pengontrolan di sistem HMI. The system is designed to facilitate the process of monitoring and control in a plant. This system can be used in industry as monitoring a wide range of plant available in the industry. In this final project, the plant used is an automatic cutter. Where this system can monitor and control the plant through the CX-Designer software, and PLC Omron PLC used is CP1L 40DT. CX-Designer is a software support output client Omron be used for SCADA or HMI (Human Machine Interface). Plant automatic cutter is a tool that can cut the object is moved by two motors as drive 2 1 conveyors and motors as drive cutting blades. Proximity sensor is used for detecting the presence of the object to be cut, so that when an object is detected the conveyor will move. To choose the number of pieces to be cut, use the keypad.
