Software Sistem Informasi Pencatatan Meter (SI-CAMER) merupakan Software/ aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses yang terjadi dalam pengolahan data meter dibagian pencatat meter, yang meliputi proses pengolahan data meter dan pengevaluasian data meter, sehingga hasil dari proses tersebut dapat di jadikan bahan untuk perhitungan biaya tagihan pemakaian air perbulannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi kulitas Software (SI-CAMER) dampaknya terhadap Efektivitas kerja dan Kepuasan pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 18 pegawai dengan teknik sampling jenuh, analisis data menggunakan analisa jalur (Path Analys), koefisien determinasi dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Dengan bantuan alat program SPSS 13.0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu secara parsial Efektifitas kerja dipengaruhi secara dominan oleh implementasi Software SI-CAMER di PDAM Tirtawening Kota Bandung. Secara parsial Kepuasan Pegawai (User) Dipengaruhi secara dominan oleh implementasi Software SI-CAMER di PDAM Tirtawening Kota Bandung. Secara parsial Kepuasan pegawai (User) dipengaruhi secara dominan oleh efektifitas kerja pegawai Di PDAM Tirtawening Kota Bandung. Dan secara simultan implementasi Kualitas Software SI-CAMER memilik pengaruh yang signifikan sebagai upaya peningkatan Efektifitas kerja dan Kepuasan Pegawai (User).

The software Meter Registration Information System (SI-CAMER) is a software /application that is a tool that is used in the processing of meter data in the meter recording section, which includes meter data processing and evaluation, so the outcome of the process can be used for the calculation of monthly water usage bill. The objective of this research is, to find out Implementation of Software Quality Recording Meter (SI-CAMER) Impacts on the effectiveness of work and employeesÃâ satisfaction. The method used in this study is descriptive and verifying with a quantitative approach. The unit for analysis in the research consists of 18 employees, with the use of non-probability sampling technique, and Path Analysis, coefficient determination, and t and F Tests, for data analysis and hypothesis testing. While data processing used the SPSS 13.0 for Windows Program. Results of the research conducted, are: partially, the Effectiveness of work is predominantly influenced by the implementation of SI-CAMER Software in PDAM Bandung City Tirtawening. Partially, EmployeesÃâ (UsersÃâ) satisfaction is predominantly influenced by the implementation of SI-CAMER Software in PDAM Bandung City Tirtawening. Partially, EmployeesÃâ (UsersÃâ) satisfaction is predominantly influenced by the work effectiveness. Simultaneously, the implementation of SI-CAMER has influences on increasing work effectiveness and employeeÃâs Satisfaction (User).
