Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi prosedur layanan pengurusan jasa raharja, khususnya yang terkait dengan laporan polisi mengenai kecelakaan lalu lintas yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Jember belum sepenuhnya maksimal dan menjamin adanya rasa puas dari pihak masyarakat atau pihak korban kecelakaan. Berdasarkan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan ditemukan masih adanya pihak korban kecelakaan yang mengurus jasa raharja menyatakan belum puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan dengan alasan karena faktor persyaratan yang dinilai masih rumit. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan juga ditemukan adanya hambatan bagi Satlantas Polres Jember dalam memberikan layanan pengurusan jasa raharja, misalnya masih adanya pihak yang belum memahami dengan baik prosedur layanan dan juga belum mengetahui persyaratannya, sehingga banyak diantara mereka terpaksa pulang untuk melengkapi persyaratan yang diperlukan.

Based on the results of research conducted showed that the implementation of the maintenance service procedures raharja services , especially those related to the police report regarding traffic accidents conducted by the Jember Police Traffic Unit has not fully maximized and ensure the satisfaction of the community or the victim of an accident . Based on the study documentation and interviews conducted found persistence of the accident victims who takes care services raharja expressed are not satisfied with the services provided on the grounds because of the requirements is still considered complicated . From the results of research conducted also found the existence of barriers to Jember Police Traffic Unit in providing the maintenance services raharja services , for example, there are still those who do not understand the procedure better service and also do not know the requirements , so that many of them were forced to return to complete the necessary requirements .
