Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web merupakan suatu sistembr /
informasi yang digunakan oleh para guru dan siswa SMP Negeri 1 Lembang.br /
Kurangnya pemanfaatan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web ini dalambr /
menarik minat para guru dan siswa untuk menggunakannya, merupakan faktorbr /
yang perlu dicari solusinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuibr /
implementasi sistem informasi akademik berbasis web pengaruhnya terhadapbr /
kepuasan pengguna dan keunggulan bersaing di SMP Negeri 1 Lembang.br /
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif danbr /
kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, danbr /
kuesioner.untuk analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru dan siswa SMPbr /
Negeri 1 Lembang yang berjumlah 91 orang sebagai sampel pendukung daribr /
populasi sebanyak 978 orang yang merupakan seluruh jumlah guru dan siswa.br /
Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah perhitungan korelasi pearson, analisisbr /
jalur, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan juga menggunakan bantuanbr /
program aplikasi SPSS 15,0 For windows.br /
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi sistem informasibr /
akademik berbasis web di SMP Negeri 1 Lembang secara keseluruhan termasukbr /
dalam kriteia baik, namun dari indikator Aesthetic or Visual Appealbr /
(estetika/banding visual) kurang baik karena Komposisi keseluruhan tampilanbr /
sistem informasi akademik berbasis web SMP Negeri 1 Lembang masih banyakbr /
kekurangan seperti fitur download. Sedangkan untuk variabel sistem informasibr /
akademik berbasis web responden menunjukan respon yang baik sedangkanbr /
respon terhadap kepuasan pengguna responden merasa kurang puas karena dilihatbr /
dari respon yang di dapat persentase harapan lebih besar di bandingkan denganbr /
persentase performance. Sedangkan untuk keunggulan bersaing dikatakan cukup.br /
Artinya sistem informasi akademik berbasis web SMP Negeri 1 Lembang sudahbr /
baik, tetapi pengguna web belum puas tetapi bukan berarti keunggulan bersaingbr /
tidak akan tercapai.

Web-based academic information system is an information system that isbr /
used by teachers and students of SMP Negeri 1 Lembang. Lack of academic use ofbr /
web-based information system is in attracting teachers and students to use, abr /
factor that is necessary to find a solution. The purpose of this study was tobr /
determine the implementation of web-based academic information system impactbr /
on user satisfaction and competitive advantage in SMP Negeri 1 Lembang.br /
The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative methods.br /
Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, andbr /
kuesioner.untuk analysis in this study were teachers and students of SMP Negeri 1br /
Lembang, amounting to 91 people as supporters of the sample population of 978br /
people which is a whole number of teachers and students. The test statistic used isbr /
the calculation of Pearson correlation, path analysis, determination coefficient,br /
hypothesis testing, and also use the help of an application program of SPSS 15.0br /
For Windows.br /
The results showed that the implementation of web-based academicbr /
information systems in SMP Negeri 1 overall Lembang kriteia included in both,br /
but the indicator Aesthetic or Visual Appeal (aesthetic / visual appeal) is not goodbr /
because the composition of the overall appearance of a web-based academicbr /
information systems SMP Negeri 1 Lembang there are still many shortcomingsbr /
such as download feature. As for variable web-based information systemsbr /
academic respondents showed a good response while the response to the userbr /
satisfaction of respondents felt less satisfied as seen from the response inbr /
percentage can be greater expectations in comparison with the percentage ofbr /
performance. As for competitive advantage is enough. This means that web-basedbr /
academic information systems SMP Negeri 1 Lembang is fine, but web users arebr /
not satisfied but that does not mean a competitive advantage will not be achieved.
