Permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu Masih kurangnya ketelititan dan kemampuan karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya yang berdampak pada beberapa data tenaga kerja yang masih tidak akurat, dikarenakan belum teralisasinya kesemua bagian dalam penggunaan SIPT Online (Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Terpadu) yang baik dan benar dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan kemampuan dan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh karyawan dalam pemahaman sistem informasi khususnya pemakaian. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Implementasi Sistem Informasi SIPT Online Berdampak Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Kantor Cabang PT. JAMSOSTEK (Persero) Majalaya, Bandung.br /
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Untuk mengetahui implementasi Sistem Informasi SIPT Online yang berjalan menggunakan Diagram Konteks (DK) dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Untuk analisis data menggunakan Analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment, Uji Regresi, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Z sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 15.0 For Windows.br /
Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi SIPT Online berdampak terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Di Kantor Cabang PT. JAMSOSTEK (Persero) Majalaya, Bandung dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 99% dihasilkan tingkat korelasi Sedang dan searah serta signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Adapun tingkat kategori untuk tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas Sistem Informasi SIPT Online sebesar 84,79% dinyatakan SANGAT BAIK dan Tanggapan responden mengenai kinerja karyawan setelah adanya Sistem Informasi SIPT Online dikategorikan SANGAT BAIK yaitu sebesar Dalam uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji z, didapatkan nilai Zhitung sebesar 3,75 dan Ztabel sebesar 1,00 untuk #945; = 1 %, maka dapat diketahui bahwa H0 ada pada daerah penolakan, berarti H1 diterima atau Sistem Informasi SIPT Online Berdampak Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Kantor Cabang PT. JAMSOSTEK (Persero) Majalaya, Bandung

Results of research conducted by the researchers showed that the Information Systems SIPT Online Employee Performance Impact Of The Branch Office of PT. JAMSOSTEK (Persero) Majalaya, Bandung with 99% confidence level generated Moderate levels of correlation and the direction and significant in improving employee performance. The level of response categories for the respondents to the quality of Information Systems SIPT Online of 84.79% are VERY GOOD and the response from the respondents regarding the performance of employees after the introduction of Information Systems SIPT Online categorized VERY WHETHER that is equal to 84.69%. In a hypothesis test conducted using the z test, a score of 3.75 and Ztabel Zhitung of 1.00 for #945; = 1%, it can be seen that there is in the rejection of H0, H1 is accepted or Information Systems SIPT Online Employee Performance Impact Of The Branch Office of PT.
