The final project, which is about improving the content of the official website of the Culture and Tourism Department of Bandung, has been chosen due to the unavailability of the English version, the incorrect use of English, the incomplete information, and the inappropriately structured articles. To solve these problems, the qualitative and quantitative data were collected. The qualitative data collected are in forms of the existing website articles and the results of library study. In addition, the quantitative data collected are in forms of the statistics of the website audience, the statistics of the search traffic popularity, and the total errors found in the existing articles. Besides that, the result of an interview with one of the website administrators is also used to guide the articles improvement. All of these data are recorded and selected to support the process of the product development, which consists of identifying errors in the existing articles and improving the content by rewriting, translating, and/or editing the existing articles and creating one new article. Moreover, the improvement is based on several theories, such as the theory of website, text editing, writing, and translation. The result of this final project is the manuscript of the improved articles which is copied to a Compact Disk (CD). The improvement, which is focused on the existing articles' content, grammar, and structure, and the addition of one new article, has found that the official website has been developed without any standardized website content convention. As a result of this finding, the official website administrators in Indonesia should have qualified skills in writing both in Indonesian and in English so that all of the official websites follow the appropriate website content convention.
