Metamfetamina merupakan narkotika golongan I yang banyak disalahgunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia daripada jenis narkotika lain. Metamfetamina memiliki sifat stimulansia (perangsang) terhadap susunan saraf pusat (SSP). Untuk membuktikan seseorang memakai metamfetamina dapat dilakukan melalui analisis urin di laboratorium. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan isolasi metamfetamina di dalam urin dengan metode Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) yang dianalisis dengan Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata % recovery dari metamfetamina sebesar 6,21% ̱0,68. Hasil penentuan parameter linieritas dari larutan standar metamfetamina diperoleh persamaan garis regresi y= 395386,3x ̉ 153308 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,999; presisi dengan nilai RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) 1,68%; dan akurasi 99,03%. Limit deteksi dan limit kuantitasi yang diperoleh berturut-turut yaitu 0,1500 ppm dan 0,5000 ppm. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) untuk mengisolasi metamfetamina di dalam urin belum dapat digunakan sebagai metode analisis kuantitatif di Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri karena belum dapat memberikan nilai % recovery yang besar. Methamphetamine is one of the first group of narcotic drugs that are widely abused by the people in Indonesia rather than any other narcotic. Methamphetamine has stimulant properties to central nervous system (CNS). The way to prove that someone used methamphetamine through urine analysis in the laboratory. This research had been conducted on the isolation of methamphetamine in urine by Solid Phase Extraction method (SPE) and continued by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and obtained an average value of % recovery of the methamphetamine that is equal to 6.21% ̱0.68. The result of determining linearity parameter of the standard solution of methamphetamine obtained regression equation y = 395,386.3 x ̉ 153,308 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999; precision with RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) value of 1.68%; and 99.03% accuracy. The limit of detection and quantitation obtained are 0.1500 ppm and 0.5000 ppm. Overall, the results showed that the method of Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) to isolate the methamphetamine in the urine can not be used as a method of quantitative analysis at the Police Criminal Investigation Forensic Laboratory because it has not provided great value for % recovery yet.
