kualitas pelayanan yaitu bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan kepedulian (emphaty) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di rumah kost puteri di jalan semeru sova 6A Jember. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer dari rumah kost puteri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa yang menempati rumah kost puteri di jalan semeru sova 6A Jember. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan penelitian sensus. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Rumah kost puteri di jalan semeru sova 6A Jember perlu mempertahankan elemen-elemen yang sudah dinilai baik oleh pelanggan serta perlu memperbaiki hal-hal yang masih kurang.

Samples taken as many as 60 respondents using census study . Based on statistical data analysis , indicators in this study are valid and are reliable variables . Daughter boarding house on the street semeru sova 6A Jember need to retain the elements that have been rated by customers as well as the need to fix the things that are lacking.
