Hotel merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa. Pelayanan tersebut meliputi layanan kamar 24 jam, restoran, fasilitas yang lengkap, tempat seminar dan rapat, wifi area, lab kebugaran serta layanan laundry. Sebaik apapun kondisi fisik suatu bangunan hotel tersebut jika tidak didukung oleh pelayanan yang maksimal, pelanggan tetap tidak akan merasa puas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Karakteristik Individu, Lingkungan Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja pada Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas Jawa Barat, pengaruh Karakteristik Individu terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas Jawa Barat, pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas Jawa Barat dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Karakteristik Individu dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 49 dengan tehnik penarikan sampel menggunakan sensus atau kesluruhan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi pearson dan koefisien determinasi, serta uji F dan uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu pada karyawan di perusahaan termasuk dalam kriteria cukup baik, lalu lingkungan kerjapun termasuk dalam kriteria cukup baik serta prestasi kerja karyawan termasuk kedalam kriteria cukup. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa Karakteristik Individu dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pada Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas Jawa Barat. Sedangkan, Karakteristik Individu secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pada Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas Jawa Barat.

The hotel is a company engaged in services. These services include 24-hour room service, restaurant, complete facilities, seminar and meeting places, wifi area, fitness lab and laundry service. However good the physical condition of a hotel building is if it is not supported by maximum service, customers will still not feel satisfied. Based on this, the study was conducted to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at the Delaga Biru Cipanas Hotel in West Java. This study aims to determine the Individual Characteristics, Work Environment and Work Performance at the Delaga Biru Hotel Cipanas, West Java, the influence of Individual haracteristics on Employee Work Performance at the Delaga Biru Hotel Cipanas, West Java, the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Delaga Biru Hotel Cipanas, West Java and to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment on Employee Work Achievement at Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas West Java. The method used in this study is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 49 with sampling techniques using census or overall. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, Pearson correlation and determination coefficient, and F test and t test using SPSS 21 for Windows. The results showed that the individual characteristics of employees in the company included in the criteria were good enough, then the working environment was included in the criteria quite well and employee performance was included in the criteria sufficient. The results of testing hypotheses conclude that the Individual Characteristics and Work Environment jointly have a significant effect on Job Performance at Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas West Java. Whereas, Individual Characteristics partially have a significant effect on Job Performance at Hotel Delaga Biru Cipanas West Java.
