Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi instruksional guru melalui program Activity Daily Living dalam memotivasi siswa penyandang autis di Sekolah Khusus Autsm Care Bandung.Peneliti mencoba untuk menganalisis dari metode komunikasi, teknik komunikasi, dan taktik komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif.Informan penelitian berjumlah 2(dua) orang dan informan pendukung berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non partisipan, wawancara, dokumentasi, internet searching, dan didukung oleh studi pustaka serta triangulasi data dan pengecekan anggota. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi instruksional guru melalui program Activity Daily Living meliputi metode komunikasi instruksional seperti metode demonstrasi, metode video tape dan metode individual. Teknik komunikasi menggunakan media infocus, peralatan makan, pakaian, kalender. Taktik komunikasi yaitu, tidak membuat jarak dengan siswa, mengupdate informasi, memberikan rewards agar dapat memotivasi siswa ketika program Activity Daily Living berlangsung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pada saat program Activity Daily Living berlangsung guru menggunakan metode demonstrasi, metode video tape dan metode individual. Penggunaan media agar dapat memotivasi siswa. Guru tidak menjaga jarak dengan siswa, selalu mengupdate informasi dan pemberian rewards agar memotivasi siswa. Saran yang diajukan adalah dalam melakukan proses belajar mengajar guru lebih sering menggunakan metode video tape. Serta menambahkan tenaga kerja guru agar setiap guru tidak mengawasi banyak siswa.

This study aims to find out how the instructional communication of teachers through Activity Daily Living program in motivating students with autism in Special School Autsm Care Bandung.Peneliti try to analyze from communication methods, communication techniques, and communication tactics. This research uses qualitative approach, with descriptive method. Informant research amounted to 2 (two) people and supporting informants amounted to 3 (three) people selected by using Purposive Sampling technique. Data were collected through non-participant observation, interview, documentation, internet searching, and supported by library study and data triangulation and member checking. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, evaluation. The results of this study indicate that instructional communication teachers through the Activity Daily Living program include communication methods such as demonstration methods, video tape methods and individual methods. Communication techniques using infocus media, tableware, clothing, calendar. Communication tactics that is, do not distance students, update information, give rewards in order to motivate students when the Activity Daily Living program takes place. The conclusion of this research is that when Activity Daily Living program takes place the teacher uses demonstration method, video tape method and individual method. The use of media in order to motivate students. Teachers do not keep a distance from the students, always updating information and rewards to motivate the students. Proposed suggestion is in conducting teaching and learning process teachers are expected to apply communication methods that are able to attract student focus such as video playback. And the addition of the number of teachers so that students can be more directed
