Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai Konsep Diri Remaja Perempuan Fatherless Dalam Memenuhi Figur Ayah Di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan remaja perempuan fatherless, Significant Other Mendorong remaja perempuan fatherless untuk memenuhi figur Ayah, Reference Group Mendorong remaja perempuan fatherless untuk memenuhi figur Ayah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan medote studi fenomenologi. Jumlah informan penelitian terhitung sebanyak 6 orang. Pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, internet searching, studi lapangan, observasi non partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa Pandangan diri remaja perempuan yang kehilangan sosok ayah dibagi menjadi dua, yakni pandangan diri positif seperti mandiri dalam menyelesaikan masalah, dewasa mengambil keputusan, memikirkan masa depan dan pandangan diri negatif seperti tidak percaya diri dan tidak responsive. Significant Other mendorong dan menimbulkan konsep diri yang positif terhadap remaja perempuan fatherless. Karena Significant Other memenuhi kebutuhan dari remaja itu sendiri untuk memenuhi figure seorang ayah. Reference Group Bagi teman sebaya, mereka menganggap remaja yang tidak memiliki ayah adalah hal yang biasa saja, akan tetapi mereka sebagai teman terus mendorong remaja perempuan fatherless untuk berprilaku dan bergaul dengan baik tidak terpengaruh dengann hal- hal yang negatif. Konsep Diri Remaja fatherless memenuhi figur ayah terbentuk karena ada dorongan dari significant other dan reference group dimulai kerinduan pada ayah dapat digantikan oleh seorang ibu yang selalu ada ketika ia teringat pada ayah dan proses pemenuhan figur ayah yang terdiri dari orang yang terdekat dan teman-teman yang selalu memberi dukungan positif kepada dirinya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Konsep Diri Remaja Perempuan Fatherless Dalam Memenuhi Figur Ayah Di Kota Bandung, remaja perempuan yang tidak memiliki ayah dapat membentuk konsep diri yang positif dan memungkinkan juga membentuk konsep diri negatif sesuai dengan dorongan orang yang paling terdekat dan lingkungan tempat dimana ia bergaul. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk seorang remaja yang tidak mempunyai ayah untuk tidak melakukan hal-hal yang negatif agar tidak menyebabkan pandangan buruk terhadap dirinya.Masyatakat agar tidak menilai seorang remaja yang tidak memiliki ayah negatif , walaupun jaman sekarang anak yang tidak merasakan pengasuhan anak selalu dipandang negatif karena fisiknya. Masyarakat jangan melihat dari luarnya saja.

This study was conducted with the intent to describe the Self Concept of Fatherless Women Youth In Face Figured In Bandung City. This study aims to determine the views of female teenagers fatherless, Significant Other Encourage female teenagers fatherless to meet the figure of Father, Reference Group Encourage fatherless teenage girls to meet the figure of Father. This research is a qualitative research with medate of phenomenology study. The number of research informants counted as many as 6 people. Selection of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were conducted by literature study, internet searching, field study, non-participant observation, in-depth interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and evaluation. Based on the results of the research, the results obtained that the self-adolescent image of female teenagers who lost the father figure is divided into two, namely self-positive views such as independent in solving problems, making decisions, thinking about the future and negative self-views such as not confident and unresponsive. Significant Other encourages and raises a positive self-concept against the fatherless teenage girl. Because Significant Other meets the needs of the adolescent itself to fulfill a father figure. Reference Group For peers, they consider teenagers who have no father is normal, but they as a friend continue to encourage fatherless teenage girls to behave and get along well not affected by negative things. The Self Concept The fatherless teen meets the father figure formed by the impulse of the significant other and the reference group begins the longing for the father to be replaced by a mother who always existed when he remembered the father and the fulfillment process of a father figure consisting of the nearest person and friends Always give positive support to him. The conclusion of this research is Self Concept Of Fatherless Women In Face Figured In Bandung City. Teenagers who have no father can form a positive or negative self-concept according to the most immediate person's impulse and the environment in which he or she associates. Suggestions from this study are For a teenager who does not have a father to not do negative things so as not to cause a bad view of him. The main thing to not judge a teenager who has no negative father, although today children who do not feel the child care is always Is considered negative because of its physicality. People do not look from the outside only.
