Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kredibilitas Floor Director Dalam Produksi Program Acara TV (Studi Deskriptif Kredibilitas Floor Director Pada Program Acara Buaya Show Di Stasiun Televisi Indosiar Jakarta). Untuk menjawab pertanyaan diatas peneliti mengangkat unsur keahlian, kepercayaan, dinamisme, sosiabilitas, kharisma, dan tanggung jawab.Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan internet searching. Informan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang dan 1 orang key informan yang diperoleh melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian dari bagaimana Kredibilitas Floor Director pada program acara Buaya Show di Stasiun Televisi Indosiar Jakarta memiliki : 1) keahlian yang baik dalam memimpin setiap produksi acara di lapangan, 2) kepercayaan yang dilihat dari watak masing-masing Floor Director dinilai oleh para talent/host pada saat di lapangan, 3) dinamisme yang tinggi dalam berkomunikasi dengan para talent/host, 4) sosiabilitas dengan cara bergaul dengan para talent/host untuk menghidupkan suasana pada saat produksi berlangsung, 5) kharisma yang kuat dalam menarik perhatian para talent/host, 6) tanggung jawab selama produksi berlangsung di lapangan.Kesimpulan penelitian adalah kredibilitas Floor Director Indosiar mempunyai kredibilitas yang baik dalam produksi program acara Buaya Show di Stasiun Televisi Indosiar.Saran penelitian adalah harus adanya koordinasi antara floor director, produser dan kameramen agar pada saat di lapangan floor director bisa lebih produktif dan kreatif dalam mengatur dan mengarahkan produksi di lapangan.

This research aims to determine how Credibility Floor Director In The Production of TV Programs (Descriptive Study of Credibility Floor Director On Programs Buaya Show In Indosiar Stations Television of Jakarta). To answer the research questions raised above elements skills, confidence, dynamism, sociability, charisma and responsibility.The research approach is qualitative with descriptive method. Data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and internet searching. Informants in this study were 3 people and 1 people key informant who obtained through interviews. The result of how Credibility Floor Director In The Production of TV Programs (Descriptive Study of Credibility Floor Director On Programs Buaya Show In Indosiar Television Jakarta) hollow branches have : 1)Good skills in leading each event in the field of production, 2)confidence that views of the nature of each floor director assessed by the talent/host at the time in the filed, 3)high dynamism in communicating with the talent/host, 4)sociability in a way to get along with the talent/host to liven up the atmosphere at the time of production take place, 5)charisma to attract the attention of the talent/host and 6)responsibility during the production takes place in the field.Research conclusion of the study is the Floor Director Indosiar credibility has good credibility in the production of programs Buaya Show in Indosiar Station Television.The advice about the type of research is need for coordination between the floor director, producer and cameraman order on the floor when the floor director can be more productive and creative in organizing and directing production in the field.
