Software Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) merupakan software/aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses-proses yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada tingkat SKPD yang meliputi proses penganggaran, perencanaan, penatausahaan dan pertanggungjawaban. Software ini diimplementasikan untuk menciptakan efektivitas kerja serta meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.br /
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment, koefisien determinasi dan uji t dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesisnya. Sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 18 For Windows.br /
Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu secara parsial efektivitas kerja dipengaruhi secara dominan oleh Software SIPKD di Pemkot Cimahi. Secara parsial kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi secara dominan oleh Software SIPKD. Secara parsial implementasi efektivitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pemkot Cimahi. Dan secara simultan kualitas Software SIPKD secara bersama- sama dengan efektivitas kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pemkot Cimahi.
