This project is about the making a tourist guide book Come and Explore The Hidden Beauty of Kebumen. The result of the project is the book providing information about Kebumen. The book is a guide book entitled "Come and Explore The Hidden Beauty of Kebumen"�. The aim of the book is to introduce and promote tourist destinations in Kebumen. Besides, this final project aims at informing and guiding the tourist to visit some interesting places in Kebumen. Several theories were used in developing this project, such as the theories of tourist guide book, characteristics of the book, elements of writing, and writing techniques. The methods used in collecting the data were library study, interview, and field observation. The book contains the history of Kebumen, the recommended destination in Kebumen, transportation, culinary, places to stay, shopping center and maps. In writing the book, descriptive writing and persuasive writing were used. These styles of writing were used to make the readers understand about what information being delivered.
