The present project is about making an informational book on tempe entitled "All about Tempe: Indonesian traditional Fermented Food, from Lembang". The aim of this research is to give all information about tempe starting from the raw ingredient (soybean), history of tempe, the process of making tempe, health benefits of eating tempe, and tempe recipes. This book is made for the foreigners who are eager to know about Indonesian traditional food and for Indonesians who want to increase their knowledge about tempe in English. There are some methods applied in collecting the data such as library study, observing, interviewing, taking pictures, and taking notes. A number of theories are also used such as writing process, basic parts of paragraph, writing techniques, parts of book, and definitions of tempe. The result of this final project is a book namely "All about Tempe: Indonesian Traditional Fermented Food from Lembang". Hopefully, this book has benefits to attract tourists and also could be a source book of tempe in English. Keywords: Tempe, traditional food, fermentation, informational book.
