Air conditioner pada Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck adalah sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengkondisikan udara pada ruangan operator (kabin) Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck. Air conditioner ini digunakan selama dump truck beroperasi. Semakin sering air conditioner digunakan, maka komponennya semakin mendekati pada kerusakan sehingga sangat diperlukan adanya kegiatan perawatan. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, penulis melakukan analisis manajemen perawatan air conditioner pada Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck menggunakan perhitungan distribusi Weibull. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini diketahui bahwa manajemen perawatan air conditioner pada Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck di PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk Muara Bungo Jambi menggunakan jenis perawatan preventif dan perawatan korektif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan distribusi Weibull, diperoleh nilai laju keandalan terbesar, laju keandalan terkecil, laju kerusakan terbesar, laju kerusakan terkecil, availability terbesar, dan availability terkecil berturut-turut yaitu 0,881; 0,066; 0,934; 0,119; 0,903; dan 0,727. Nilai parameter bentuk (β) yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan yaitu 9,644 sehingga komponen berada pada kondisi wear out. Hasil analisis diperoleh hubungan bahwa nilai laju keandalan berbanding terbalik dengan nilai TTF, nilai laju kerusakan berbanding lurus dengan nilai TTF, dan semakin besar nilai availability maka produktivitas mesin semakin besar.

The air conditioner on Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck is a system that functions to condition the air on Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck operator room. This air conditioner is used while dump truck is operating. The more often the air conditioner is used, the closer components are to the failure so that maintenance activities are needed. Referring to this, the authors conducted an air conditioner maintenance management analysis on the Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck using the Weibull distribution calculation. The results of this final project note that the air conditioner maintenance management on Hitachi EH1700-3 dump truck at PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk Muara Bungo Jambi uses preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. Based on the results of the calculation of the Weibull distribution, the value of the greatest reliability rate, the smallest reliability rate, the largest failure rate, the smallest failure rate, the largest availability, and the smallest availability is obtained respectively, namely 0.881; 0.066; 0.934; 0.119; 0.903; and 0.727. The shape parameter value (β) obtained from the calculation results is 9.644 so that the component is in a wear out condition. The results of the analysis show that the value of the reliability rate is inversely proportional to the TTF value, the value of the failure rate is directly proportional to the TTF value, and the greater availability value so the greater machine productivity.
