E-government atau yang lebih dikenal dengan e-gov adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan informasi dan pelayanan bagi warganya, urusan bisnis, serta hal-hal lain yang berkenaan dengan pemerintahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saat ini e-gov masih belum berjalan secara maksimal karena masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan, diantaranya yaitu e-gov yang ada saat ini kurang memenuhi fungsionalitas-fungsionalitas yang dibutuhkan oleh penggunanya.br /
Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah penelitian ini untuk membantu lembaga pemerintahan dalam menyediakan fungsionalitas yang dibutuhkan oleh situs pemerintahan (e-gov). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada beberapa responden. Lalu, dari hasil kuesioner tersebut dihitung dengan menggunakan metode kano. Metode kano adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan fungsionalitas terhadap setiap daftar kebutuhan yang dibuat sedetail mungkin untuk lebih memahami persyaratan apa yang benar-benar perlu ada dalam produk atau layanan akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan berbasis terstuktur.br /
Penelitian ini pada akhirnya akan memodelkan interface untuk situs pemerintahan (e-gov) berupa aplikasi cms e-gov. Selain itu, model interface ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan para pembangun situs pemerintahan (e-gov) karena aplikasi ini telah menyediakan fungsionalitas-fungsionalitas yang dibutuhkan oleh sebuah situs pemerintahan (e-gov) yang berdasarkan hasil kuesioner.

E-government or better known as e-gov is the use of information technology by government to provide information and services for the citizens, business affairs, as well as other matters relating to governance. Based on research results, current e-gov is still notrunning optimally because there are still some shortcomings, among which e-gov is currently not meet the functionality-functionality required by users. Therefore, this study was made to assist government agencies to providing the functionally required by the site administration (e-gov). The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to several respondents. Then the results of the questionnaires was calculated using the method canoe. Canoeing method is a method used to determine the functionality of any list of needs that are made as detailed as possible to better understand the requirements of what is really there needs to be in the final product or service. This study uses a structured-based approach. This research will eventually model the interface for site administration (e-gov) in the form of e-gov applications cms. In addition, the interface model is expected to facilitate the builders of the site administration (e-gov) for this application-functionality already provides functionality required by a government website (e-gov) is based on the results of the questionnaire.
