Padaproyek akhir ini membahas Monitoring jaringan LAN Laboratorium Telekomunikasi POLBAN berbasis simple network management protocol (SNMP) untuk memonitor trafik dan mengetahui kepadatan jaringan tersebut. Mengingat belum adanya sistem monitoring yang dirancang pada jaringan LAN Laboratorium Telekomunikasi maka digunakan Zenoss-core server sebagai software yang dapat melakukan proses monitoring dan mampu menampilkan grafik Troughput dan packet data pada setiap interface dari device yang terhubung kejaringan. Sehingga dapat diketahui nilai inbound sebesar1,35 Kbits/sec dan outbond 7,75Kbits/sec pada troughput di port Ethernet 2, nilai inbound sebesar 241.17 Kbits/sec dan outbond 859.01Kbits/sec pada troughput di port Ethernet 3, nilai inbound sebesar 9.44 Kbits/sec dan outbond 128.69 Kbits/sec pada troughput di port Ethernet 4, nilai inbound sebesar3.01 Kbits/sec dan outbond 36.06Kbits/sec pada troughput di port Ethernet 5. This final project discusses about LAN based Network Monitoring At POLBAN Telecommunications Laboratory. It based on Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to monitor the traffic and determine the density of the network. Given the lack of a monitoring system that is designed on the LAN network, the Telecommunications Laboratory use Zenoss-core server as a software that can perform monitoring process and is capable of displaying graphics throughput and packet data at each interface of the device that is connected to the network. It knows the value of inbound 1.35 Kbits / sec and outbound 7,75 Kbits / sec in throughput in Ethernet port 2, the value of inbound at 241.17 Kbits / sec and outbound 859.01 Kbits / sec in throughput on Ethernet port 3, the value of inbound 9:44 Kbits / sec and outbound 128.69 Kbits / sec in throughput in Ethernet port 4, the value of inbound at 3:01 Kbits / sec and outbound 36.06 Kbits / sec in throughput on Ethernet port 5.
