Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris nilai perusahaan yang dipengaruhi oleh Rasio Solvabilitas dan Rasio Aktivitas yang dilakukan pada perusahaan jasa sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan properti dan real estate, yaitu peningkatan rasio solvabilitas diikuti oleh penurunan nilai perusahaan dan peningkatan rasio aktivitas diikuti oleh penurunan nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dibantu oleh program aplikasi SPSS 21 for Windows. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan unit analisis yang diteliti adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan jasa, sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016 dan memperoleh sampel sebanyak 95 laporan keuangan perusahaan dari 240 laporan keuangan perusahaan sebagai populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasio solvabilitas dengan hubungan positif, dan nilai perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasio aktivitas terhadap hubungan positif.

This study aims to empirically examine the value of the company that is influenced by the Solvency Ratio and Activity Ratio carried out on the service company property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Problems that occur in property and real estate companies, namely an increase in solvency ratios followed by a decrease in company value and an increase in the activity ratio followed by a decrease in the value of the company. The method used in this study is descriptive verification method assisted by the SPSS 21 for Windows application program. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method with the unit of analysis studied are the financial statements of service companies, property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 and obtaining a sample of 95 company financial statements from 240 company financial reports as population.The results of this study indicate that the value of the company has a significant effect on the solvency ratio with a positive relationship, and the value of the company has a significant effect on the ratio of activity to a positive relationship.
