Jembatan adalah struktur yang dibangun dengan tujuan menghubungkan dua daratan yang terpisah oleh peraiaran atau daratan yang lebih rendah. Namun lain halnya dengan jalan layang. Jalan layang dibangun untuk mengatasi kemacetan suatu daerah. Begitu juga dengan pembangunan Jalan Layang Non Tol Antasari-Blok M, yang dibuat untuk mengatasi kemacetan di wilayah Jakarta Selatan khususnya di ruas jalan Pangeran Antasari. Sama halnya dengan jembatan, jalan layang memiliki dua struktur, yaitu struktur atas dan struktur bawah. Dalam pembahasan ini penulis membahas mengenai proses pelaksanaan pemasangan segmen box girder yang berfungsi menyalurkan beban dan gaya-gaya dari atas ke pilar, ke pondasi hingga lapisan tanah pendukung serta mengestimasi biaya pekerjaan box girder mulai produksi box girder sampai box girder dapat digunakan. Penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini dilakukan berdasarkan peninjauan suatu proyek yang sedang berlangsung, yaitu pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemasangan segmen balok girder pada proyek Jalan Layang Non Tol Antasari-Blok M. Pekerjaan yang ditinjau meliputi pemasangan dan prategang pada segmen box girder. Kata kunci: jalan layang, box girder.

The bridge is a structure that is build in order to connect two lands which are separated accidentally by the waters area or the lowest land. However, it is different from flyover. The flyover was built to overcome the bottleneck areas. Just like the flyover project of Antasari-Blok M, it builds to overcome the bottleneck areas at South Jakarta in this case Jl. Pangeran Antasari. As the same as bridge, the flyover has two structures, the bottom structure and the upper structure. In this topic, the author deals with the process of implementation of the mounting box girder segment that serves to transmit weights and forces from the top to pillar and then continued to the foundation to support ground overlays. Even more, the author also discussed about the cost estimation of the box girder start from the production to the time when the box girder is ready to use. This final project report has been done based on the survey of an ongoing project that is the implementation of installation the work girder beam segment in non highway flyover project Antasari-Blok M. The observation includes the processing of installation and stressing segmental box girder. Key word: flyover, box girder
