ABSTRACT
To reach company goals needed a human resource, the one of human resource management's function is a compensation, compensation is a reward who give company to employee, cause of contribution to company. Compensation consist of direct financial compensation and non financial compensation. Financial compensation divided into two are direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation. The content of final project tell about kind of indirect financial compensation in PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung and the the purpose of indirect financial compensation in PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung. To reach company goals needed consistency of policy, in the final project has a inconsistency of- company policy such as indirect financial compensation policy especially to annual leave. That must take 12 days or 2 step, but the company is not use a policy when some employee isn't take annual leave step 2. Although a minority of employee who isn't take annual leave step 2, but has inconsistency of company policy.
