The quality of public service in institution / institute / organizational of government is the most important. Form of public service is like responsibility and doing by institution or agency. With a good quality of service, the public will be satisfied from given service. Hasan Sadikin hospital as govermental institution at service of public health cope to give maximum service to visitor. This matter is realized through non hospitalized installation information, considering many visitor medicinize. every day, so that they require information of facility exist in RSHS.
This research aimed to know how service of officer non hospitalized installation in giving satisfaction of visitor RSHS. The method of this research is survey with descriptive analysis. Unit of sample is direct coresponding visitor with officer of non hospitalized installation information. Sample of the population consists of 99 people. Taking of sample were done during 9 days ( May 14 th – 16 th and May 21st – 26th, 2007). Sampling technique used is an accidental sampling technique, data were collected through questionnaires, interview, and literature study.
Result of this research include aspect of physical facility dimension, behavioral, ability, and good accuration and excellent. Conclusion of this research by the researcher showed that visitor of RSHS satisfied to given service.
In concluction, researcher sugestis that imformation officer should improve their service in speed, accuracy, and hospitality in helping or serving their such visitors.
