PT.Dian Kencana Puri Prima (DKPP) adalah salah satu distributor yang ditujuk oleh PT. Indosat untuk mendistribusikan produk Indosat ke outlet-outlet reseller melalui canvasser di Cluster BDG2 Kota Bandung. Dalam distribusinya PT.DKPP memberikan target penjualan dan kunjugan outlet kepada Canvasser.Untuk mengoptimalkan distribus produk, PT.DKPP selain memberikan target penjualan diberikan juga target kunjugan outlet yang harus dipenuhi canvasser. Di setiap kunjungan canvasser mencatat stock, pembelian dan penjualan produk outlet melalui form yang cukup memakan waktu dan tenaga saat melakukan pencatatan data. Sedangkan data tersebut dibutuhkan oleh supervisor dan manager untuk menilai pencapaian target dan menilai performance Sell in, Sell Out produk yang terjadi di cluster BDG2. Untuk mengatasi hal ini maka dibangun sebuah sistem yaitu Sistem Daily Report Canvasser.Sistem Daily Report Canvasser memiliki 2 aplikasi yaitu aplikasi berbasis Mobile Android untuk memudahkan canvasser memperoleh data saat kunjugan outlet di lapangan dan aplikasi berbasis Web yang digunakan supervisor dan manager dalam mengolah pencapaian target dan menilai performance cluster BDG2. Dimana hasil pencapaian target dan performance cluster merupakan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh dari aplikasi Mobile Android yang digunakan canvasser.

In their distribution, PT.DKPP gives target sales and outlet visits to canvasser. To optimize the distribution of products, in addition to providing the sales target, PT.DKPP also targeted visits outlets that must be fulfilled for canvasser. At each visit, the canvasser recorded the remaining stock, recorded the purchase and sale of the product outlet through the form which is quite time consuming and labor when performing data recording. Besides of that the data needed by supervisors and managers to assess the achievement of targets and assess performance Sell-in, Sell-out products which are in cluster BDG2. To overcome this, itÂ’s built a system that called Systems Daily Report Canvasser. Systems Daily Report Canvasser have 2 applications, the first application is an android mobile-based applications to facilitate the canvasser to obtain current data on field visits outlets. The second application is a Web-based application that is used supervisors and managers in processing and assessing the achievement of performance targets in the cluster BDG2. Where the results of the achievement of targets and performance cluster is the result of processing the data obtained from the mobile Android application which is used by the canvasser.
