Informasi mengenai kesehatan adalah bagian sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dimana informasi kesehatan tersebut diperoleh salah satunya dengan kosultasi langsung dengan dokter. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap beberapa pasien di klinik dr Iin Hartinah pasien memperoleh informasi kesehatan dengan cara berkunjung ke klinik dan berkonsultasi langsung terhadap dokter.Penyampaian informasi kesehatan tersebut dirasa kurang karena keterbatasan oleh waktu jam buka klinik, sedangkan banyak pasien sangat membutuhkan informasi kesehatan dan konsultasi kesehatan dengan cepet dan tidak mau terikat oleh waktu buka klinik, bahkan pasien mengalami masalah kesehatan disaat klinik sudah tutup, dan membutuhkan konsultasi dokter. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka banyak pasien yang salah mendiagnosa penyakitnya. Untuk menyampaikan informasi kesehatan yang tidak terikat oleh waktu buka klinik, klinik dr Iin Hartinah memerlukan suatu alat media layanan informasi kesehatan yang dapat merespon setiap pertanyaan pasien tanpa ada keterbatasan waktu dan jumlah dokter. Pada penelitian ini solusi yang diusulkan untuk masalah tersebut salah satunya dengan cara membangun sebuah aplikasi chatbot informasi kesehatan (dokter virtual) dengan pendekatan Natural Language Processing dengan menggunakan medote Fuzzy String Matching sebagai media penalarannya. Teknologi chatbot merupakan salah satu bentuk aplikasi Natural Language Processing, NLP itu sendiri merupakan salah satu bidang ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan ( Artificial Intelligence ) yang mempelajari komunikasi antara manusia dengan komputer melalui bahasa alami. Aplikasi ini dibangun agar pasien dapat mencari tahu tentang informasi kesehatan dan masalah kesehatan dengan cara tanya jawab kepada dokter virtual atau konsultasi. Sehingga Memudahkan pasien untuk mendiagnosa suatu penyakit dan memberikan informasi terhadap pertolongan pertama pada suatu penyakit dan gejala gejalanya.Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengunjung atau pasien setuju aplikasi chatbot dokter virtual ini dapat memudahkan pengunjung untuk mendiagnosa suatu penyakit dan memberikan pertolongan pertama pada suatu penyakit dan gejala gejalanya, tanpa terbatas waktu buka klinik. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan chatbot dokter virtual pengunjung memperoleh informasi kesehatan lebih cepet dan tidak terbatas oleh waktu.

Chatbot technology is one form of the application of Natural Language Processing, NLP itself is one of the disciplines of Artificial Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence) who studied the communication between humans and computers through natural language. This application is built so that patients can find out about the health information and health problems by way of question and answer to the virtual or consulting physician .. So Make it easy for patients to diagnose a disease and provide information on first aid on a symptom of the disease and its symptoms.From the test results it can be concluded that a visitor or patient agrees chatbot application virtual doctor can allow visitors to diagnose a disease and provide first aid on a symptom of the disease and its symptoms, without limitation of time to open the clinic. In addition, by using virtual doctor chatbot visitors obtain health information much faster and is not limited by time.
