CV Rika Sofa merupakan tempat usaha yang bergerak di bidang produksi sofa di kota Bandung. Kategori sofa yang dibuat antara lain ekslusif, medium dan minimalis. Sistem pemesanan saat ini konsumen datang ke CV Rika Sofa. Selain itu juga memiliki kendala yaitu mulai dari proses promosi, transaksi serta dalam pembuatan laporan penjualan yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga laporan penjualan belum terperinci secara baik. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini adalah menggunakan metode waterfall. Dalam metode ini kebutuhan sistem harus dapat didefinisikan ketika awal pembangunan sistem sehingga dapat menghasilkan sebuah desain yang lengkap. Alat yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan alur data dalam sistem adalah data flow diagram (DFD), sedangkan untuk menggambarkan perancangan konseptual dari sistem digunakan entity relational diagram (ERD). Pengujian sistem terdiri dari pengujian alpha dimana pengujian ini menggunakan metode pengujian black box yang berfokus pada persyaratan fungsional perangkat lunak dan pengujian beta yaitu pengujian lapangan dengan memberikan wawancara kepada pegawai CV Rika Sofa dan pemberian kuesioner kepada pembeli toko CV Rika Sofa . Dari hasil pengujian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara fungsional, sistem e-commerce mampu mengatasi masalah penjualan dan promosi menjadi tidak terbatas, serta mempermudah konsumen mendapatkan informasi dan berbelanja produk CV Rika Sofa, juga mempermudah dalam pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan.

CV Rika Sofa is a company that it is engaged in the production of sofa. The company lives in Bandung. The categories of the sofa production consist of exclusive, medium, and minimalist. The currently sales system is running that when the costumer must come to CV Rika Sofa. The disadvantages of this current system has affected to other aspects such as the promotion process, transactions and the procedure to prepare the sales report are still done manually so that the sales report has not been well detailed. The methodology that used in the constructing of this system is using waterfall method. In this method the system requirements must be defined at the beginning of the construction of the system in order to gives a complete design. There are two main parts in the construction of this system that are Data Flow Diagram (DFD) is used to describe the data flow in the system and Entity Relational Diagram (ERD) is used to describe the conceptual design of the system. Test system consists of alpha testing where the method is using blackbox testing that focus on the functional requirements and the beta software is tested by giving an interview to CV Rika Sofa employees and giving the questionnaires to the customers of CV Rika Sofa stores. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the E-Commerce application works functionally which are the e-commerce system is able to overcome the problem of sales and promotions to be unlimited, user friendly for the customer to obtain any information and to buy the products that related to CV Rika Sofa and finally it has simplified the data processing and report generation.
