Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kota Bandung adalah badan usaha milik Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bandung. PD BPR Kota Bandung didirikan dengan maksud dan tujuan membantu dan mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian dan pembangunan daerah di segala bidang serta sebagai salah satu sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi oleh PD. BPR Kota Bandung saat proses verifikasi calon debitur yang dilakukan oleh tim surveyor terkait efektifitas waktu mulai dari kunjungan hingga finalisasi berkas dilapangan. Dimana saat survey ke beberapa calon debitur tim survey harus menyelesaikan proses pensurveyan calon debitur. Selanjutnya masalah yang terjadi yaitu Tim Survey belum bisa mengetahui lokasi pemetaan calon debitur yang bermasalah dan yang tidak bermasalah, dengan adanya pemetaan kredit macet Tim Survey bisa lebih berhati Ãâ hati saat pemberian kredit bagi calon debitur/nasabah.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Membantu PD BPR Kota Bandung dalam proses verifikasi data calon debitur secara realteam dan Membantu Tim Survey dalam melakukan pensurveyan Calon debitur dengan secara cepat dan realteam. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode fungsionalitas (black box) dan beta (wawancara) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi survey kreditor dapat mempermudah petugas survey dalam melakukan pensurveyan calon debitur.

The company Area of Bandung people's Bank is a Government-owned enterprise Area of Bandung city. PD BPR Bandung was founded with the intent and purpose of helping and encouraging the growth of the economy and regional development in all fields as well as one of the Area's original source of income in order to improve thestandard of living of the people. As for the problems faced by PD.BPR of Bandung when prospective debtor verification process conducted by a team of Surveyors related effectiveness of the start time of the visit until the finalization of the file field. Which survey to some prospective debtor survey team must complete the process pensurveyan candidates debtors.The next problem that occurs Survey Team has not been able to figure out the location of the mapping of the troubled debtors and candidates who are not problematic, due to bad credit mapping Survey Teams could be more take Ãâ careful when granting credit for potential borrowers / clients. The purpose of this research is to help PD BPR of Bandung in the data verification process prospective borrowers in realteam and help the team in conducting the Survey of prospective borrowers with realteam quickly. Based on the results of testing the system using the functionality of the (black box) and beta (interview) then it can be concluded that the application can make creditors survey survey officer in doing pensurveyan prospective debtor.
