SMK Negeri 9 Garut merupakan sekolah yang terletak di Jl.Garut-Bayongbong Km.7 panembong bayongbong garut. Sekolah ini merupakan salah satu sekolah yang sudah menggunakan sistem komputerisasi, dimana metode belajar mengajarnya berhubungan dengan dunia Informasi Teknologi (IT). Namun, siswa kesulitan mendapatkan materi tambahan yang sesuai dengan silabus dan kesulitan berdiskusi dengan guru diluar jam sekolah Kurangnya media penyimpanan sehingga guru kesulitan dalam proses pengumpulan tugas kepala sekolah kesulitan dalam memantau nilai siswa yang didapat dari nilai tugas dan ujian. Dari permasalahan yang terjadi SMK Negeri 9 Garut maka diperlukan sistem E-learninguntuk proses pendukung pembelajaran.Metode penelitan yang digunakan dalam menyusun tugas akhir ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan dua tahapan yaitu tahap pengumpulan data dan tahap pembangunan perangkat lunak. Metode analisis perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode analisis terstruktur dengan tools yang digunakan adalah flowmap, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD).Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem e-learning di SMK Negeri 9 Garut dapat memudahkan siswa untuk mendapatkan materi yang sesuai dengan silabus memudahkan siswa berdiskusi dengan guru, memudahkan guru dalam pengumpulan tugas memudahkan kepala sekolah dalam memantau nilai siswa dengan cepat dan akurat.

SMK Negeri 9 Garut is a school that place in Jl. Garu-Bayongbong Km.7 Panembong bayongbong Garut. This school is one of the school that using the technology of computerization, where the teach and learn are connected with the world of information technology (IT). But, the students have a problem to getting the additional source of material that appropriate to the syllabus and the difficulty for discussions with the teachers outside the school hours. Lacks of media storage makes the teachers have a problem in the process of collecting the tasks. The school principal has a difficulty to observing students grade from the task and from the exam. From this matter that happens in SMK Negeri 9 Garut then it need system E-Learning for the support of the learning process.Researching method that use for the preparation for the final project are the analytic descriptive method with two steps specifically is collecting data and software building step. Software analysis method used is structured analysis method with tools used are flowmap, EntityRelationship Diagram (ERD) dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD).According to the examination that has been done, can be concluded that with the existence of the system e-learning in SMK Negeri 9 Garut make the students more easily get the material appropriate with the syllabus, makes easily for the students to discuss with the teachers, makes the teachers easily to collecting the tasks, makes the principal easily to observe the students quickly and more accurate.
