Wilayah kecamatan margahayu merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia. Belum adanya suatu sistem yang dapat menangani integrasi antara desa serta masih adanya penyajian informasi yang berbeda antara desa dan penyajian informasi yang diberikan kepada penduduk belum bisa di akses melalui teknologi internet. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah layanan Software as a Service berbasis cloud computing dimana layanan ini bertujuan mengelola administrasi desa , layanan desa tersebut terdapat administrasi desa yang dimana terdapat pengelolaan administrasi keuangan, pembangunan , umum dan kependudukan menurut peraturan menteri no 32 tahun 2006 mengenai pedoman administrasi desa serta menggunakan Content Management Services agar memberikan keseragaman informasi antara desa dan informasi yang dapat di akses langsung oleh penduduk melalui internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa dengan adanya sistem pengelolaan administrasi desa serta informasi yang dapat di akses melalui internet berbasis cloud ini dapat membantu para aparat desa untuk mengelola administrasi desa dan dengan adanya integrasi antara desa perpindahan penduduk menjadi mudah serta informasi yang cepat dan akurat.

In this study aimed to establish a service Software as a Service cloud-based computing where the service is aimed at managing the administration of the village, the services of the village there is the administration of the village where there are financial administration, development, public and population according to the ministerial decree No. 32 of 2006 on the guidelines the village administration and use Content Management Services in order to provide uniformity of information between the village and the information that can be accessed directly by the population over the internet. The research concludes that the presence of the village administration management system as well as information that can be accessed via the Internetbased cloud can help village officials to manage the administration of the village and the integration between the rural population movement becomes easier and the information quickly and accurately.
