CV. Surya Nedika Isabella merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi air mineral dalam kemasan (AMDK) yang terletak di Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. CV. Surya Nedika Isabella menggunakan strategi make-to-stock yakni adanya proses produksi sebelum adanya pemesanan. Perusahaan melakukan proses produksi secara besar (Mass Product) dilakukan pihak CV. Surya Nedika Isabella untuk membuat stock yang cukup guna mengantisipasi pemesanan pembelian produk AMDK oleh costumer. Perusahaan memproduksi dua jenis air mineral yaitu dalam kemasan cup dan kemasan botol. Saat ini pemesanan produk dari costumer setiap bulannya diketahui tidak menentu, hal ini mengakibatkan kepala bagian pembelian mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan jumlah bahan baku yang harus dipesan kepada supplier. Masalah lainnya yaitu jumlah produk yang akan dikirim sering mengalami ketidak sesuaian dengan jumlah permintaan costumer karena stock produk yang tersedia digudang mengalami kekurangan atau bahkan kekosongan. Berdasarkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini di CV. Surya Nedika Isabella maka dibutuhkannya pembangunan sistem informasi supply chain management di CV. Surya Nedika Isabella. Tujuannya adalah mempermudah perusahaan dalam menentukan jumlah bahan baku yang harus dipesan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan produk yang dipesan oleh costumer dan mempermudah perusahaan dalam melakukan proses pendistribusian jumlah jumlah produk yang tepat. Metode peramalan permintaan pemesanan produk yang digunakan adalah single exponential smoothing dengan metode untuk mengevaluasi kesalahan peramalan menggunakan metode Mean Square Error (MSE), sedangkan untuk perhitungan prediksi ketersediaan produk digudang menggunakan metode pengamanan persediaan (Safety Stock). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box, pengujian UAT, dan pengujian pengguna akhir setelah di terapkan di lingkungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini sudah dapat membantu kepala bagian pembelian dalam menentukan jumlah bahan baku yang akan dipesan dan mempermudah kepala bagian gudang dalam mengatur jadwal distribusi jumlah produk yang tepat berdasakan stock yang tersedia.

Surya Nedika Isabella use make-to-stock strategy that is their production process already happened before costumer order. The company perform mass production to sufficient the stock to anticipate the AMDK product purcase order by costumer. The company produces two types of mineral water that is in the packaging of cup and bottle. Currently product orders from the customer every month is an uncertain, that cause a difficulty from the head of the purchasing department to determine the amount of raw materials to be ordered to the supplier. Another issue are the amount of product that is going to deliver often have discrepancies with the number of customer requests for products available warehouse stock had deficient or even run out. Based on problems occurring now at CV. Surya Nedika Isabella therefore the supply chain management information system is needed at CV. Surya Nedika Isabella.The objective are to make it easy for the companies to determine the amount of raw materials to be ordered so it fulfill the demands of the products ordered by customer and easier for companies to carry out the process of distributing the total amount of the right products. Forecasting method on product order demand using single exponential smoothing by the method of evaluating the forecast error using Mean Square Error (MSE), while for the prediction calculation of the products availability in warehouse using a method of securing supplies (Safety Stock). Based on the results of black box testing, UAT testing and last users testing after applying in the environment may be concluded that this system has been able to help the head of the purchasing department on determining the amount of raw materials to be ordered and simplify the head of the warehouse in regulating the distribution schedule amount of the right product based on the available stock.
