CV. AA Teknik merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi seal tabung gas dan berbagai spare part pompa air listrik. Produk-produk yang di produksi berasal dari bahan baku dasar karet dan plastik. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi perusahaan diantaranya keterlambatan dalam penyediaan bahan baku untuk proses produksi dikarenakan telah terjadi beberapa kali keterlambatan dalam proses pengiriman dari supplier dan perusahaan tidak menyimpan stok bahan baku berlebih di gudang dikarenakan modal untuk pembelian bahan baku dirasa cukup besar. Hal ini menyebabkan proses produksi dan pengiriman produk pun terlambat. Masalah lainnya yaitu kesulitan dalam menentukan atau menjadwalkan pengiriman produk kepada pelanggan dikarenakan kurangnya pengelolaan informasi terutama mengenai ketersediaan bahan baku. Hal ini menyebabkan kekeliruan informasi waktu pengiriman kepada pelanggan. Salah satu cara membantu perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut yaitu dengan membangun sistem yang dapat mengelola informasi supply chain¬ nya. Oleh karena itu, Supply Chain Management (SCM) menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut karena fungsi dari Supply Chain Management (SCM) itu sendiri adalah untuk mengintegrasikan proses – proses bisnis mulai dari pemasok bahan baku sampai ke pengguna akhir. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem yang dibangun yaitu dengan metode Just In Time (JIT) agar kebutuhan bahan baku dapat terpenuhi dengan tepat waktu dan tepat jumlah sesuai yang dibutuhkan untuk proses produksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini sudah dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses pengadaan bahan baku agar dapat dipenuhi secara tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan jumlah yang dibutuhkan, sistem ini juga telah dapat membantu bagian pemasaran dalam menentukan jadwal pengiriman produk ke pelanggan.

CV. AA Teknik is a company engaged in the production of seal gas tube and a variety of spare parts of electric water pumps. The products in the production comes from the basic raw material of plastic and rubber. The problem that are being faced by the company include the delay in providing the raw materials for the production process because there have been some times the delay in the process of delivery for the supplier and the company does not keep a stock of raw materials in warehouses because of excess capital to purchase it is considered quite large. The things that causes the production process and delivery of any product are late. The other problems is the difficulty in determining or schedule delivery of products to the customers due to a lack of management of information especially regarding the availability of raw materials. This causes the missinformation of delivery time to the customer. One way to helping the company in resolving the problem is to build systems that can manage the information supply chain. Therefore, Supply Chain Management (SCM) become the right choice to deal with these problems because the functions of Supply Chain Management (SCM) itself is to intergrate the process-business start from suppliers of raw materials to the end user. The method that is used on a system that was built by the method of Just In Time (JIT) in order to the raw material needs can be fulfilled with just the right amount of timely and appropriate is needed for the production process. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that this system can help companies in the process of procurement of raw materials to be filled in a timely manner and in accordance with the amount needed, the system has also been able to assist the marketing department that can help in determining the schedule of delivery of the product to the customer.
