Sevti Transfomer (Trafo) adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri untuk berbagai pekerjaan khusus barang-barang yang terbuat dari Kawat email, koker, kern. Barang/jasa dagangan utamanya yang terdiri dari alatalat listrik yaitu trafo jenis kva, ampere, phasa, dan produk produk terafo lainya. Sevti Transfomer menggunakan strategi make to order yakni proses pembelian bahan baku dari supplier dan proses produksi dilakukan jika ada pemesanan dari pelanggan. Perusahaan hanya akan melakukan proses produksi bilamana telah ada pemesanan dari pelanggan. Perusahaan mengalami kesulitan ketika pelanggan sudah melakukan pemesanan dan jadwal produksi sudah harus dibuat tetapi pengiriman bahan baku membutuhkan waktu yang lama yaitu satu sampai dua hari.Lamanya waktu tunggu mengakibatkan proses produksi terhambat. Perusahaan juga belum mempunyai hitungan yang tepat untuk menetukan tanggal selesai pada saat pemesanan pelanggan. Strategi Supply Chain yang digunakan adalah pull supply chain, karena pemesanan bahan baku dan produksi baru dilakukan setelah adanya permintaan dari pelanggan dan benar-benar dilakukan atas pemintaan pelanggan atau bisa disebut make to order. Metode yang digunakan Just In Time dikarenakan untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam hal menentukan jumlah bahan baku yang harus disediakan agar proses produksi bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan saat produksi bisa memaksimalkan produktifitas agar bahan baku yang di beli ke supplier terpakai semuah dan tidak ada sisa pada saat selesai produksi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini sudah membantu mengelola daftar pesanan produk dari pelanggan, membantu memperkirakan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku ke supplier dan membantu dalam menentukan jadwal pengiriman beserta jenis pengiriman yang digunakan.

Supply Chain strategy used is pull supply chain, because the ordering of raw materials and production will be done after the request of the consumer and based on consumer demand or can be called make to order. The method used is Just In Time due to facilitate the company to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided for the production process can run smoothly and when production process can maximize productivity for raw materials purchased from suppliers can be used all and no residual at the time of completion of production . Based on the test results can be concluded that this system has helped to manage the list of product orders from consumers, assist in estimating the number of ordering of raw materials to suppliers and assist in determining the delivery schedule and the type of delivery used.
