Asih Hati Furniture adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri untuk berbagai pekerjaan khusus barang-barang yang terbuat dari kayu. Barang/Jasa dagangan utamanya yang diproduksi terdiri dari Kursi, Meja, Lemari, Loster, Kusen, Pintu, Jendela, dan produk-produk dari kayu lainnya. Produksi dilakukan oleh pihak Asih Hati Furniture jika ada pesanan dari konsumen. Asih Hati Furniture melakukan pengadaan bahan baku kepada supplier untuk memenuhi kebutuhan produk yang dipesan oleh konsumen. Perkiraan jumlah bahan baku yang akan dipesan seringkali mengalami kesulitan dikarenakan ketidakpastian permintaan produk dari konsumen. Selain itu, bahan baku memiliki 2 kategori yaitu bahan baku yang memiliki stok dan yang tidak memiliki stok oleh sebab itu saat melakukan pengadaan bahan baku ke supplier harus dicek terlebih dulu ketersediaan bahan baku di gudang untuk mencegah kelebihan atau kekurangan bahan baku. Permasalahan lain yang timbul yaitu belum adanya jadwal untuk mengirimkan produk yang sudah jadi ke konsumen beserta informasi mengenai kendaraan yang tersedia. Tujuan pembangunan sistem ini adalah memudahkan bagian pengadaan dalam menentukan perkiraan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku ke supplier dan memudahkan bagian pengiriman untuk mengatur jadwal pengiriman produk beserta kendaraan apa yang tersedia. Strategi Supply Chain yang digunakan adalah pull supply chain, karena pemesanan bahan baku dan produksi baru dilakukan setelah adanya permintaan pasar dan benar-benar dilakukan atas pemintaan konsumen atau bisa disebut make to order. Metode peramalan yang digunakan untuk memperkirakan jumlah permintaan produk yaitu metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Perhitungan prediksi ketersediaan bahan baku di gudang menggunaan metode pengamanan persediaan (Safety stock). Perencanaan pembeliaan bahan baku menggunakan metode EOQ dan jadwal pengiriman untuk produk jadi disesuaikan dengan aturan bisnis yang ada di perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini sudah membantu mengelola daftar pesanan produk dari konsumen, membantu memperkirakan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku ke supplier dan membantu dalam menentukan jadwal pengiriman beserta kendaraan yang digunakan.

The main commodities of goods/services produced consists of chairs, tables, cabinets, Loster, Sills, door, window, and products from other wood. The production is done by the Asih Hati Furniture if there were orders from consumers. Asih Hati Furniture procurement of raw materials to the supplier to meet the requirements of the products ordered by customer. Estimate the amount of materials you will often experience difficulties due to booked uncertainty product demand from consumers. In addition, raw materials have 2 categories i.e. raw material that has the stock and that do not have stock, therefore, when performing the procurement of raw materials to the supplier should be checked first, the availability of raw materials in the warehouse to prevent excess or shortage of raw materials. Another problem that arises that is not yet the existence of a schedule for sending the products which are already so to consumers with information on vehicles available. The purpose of this system is to facilitate the development of parts procurement in determining an estimate of the amount of raw materials to the supplier and facilitate the delivery of parts to set the schedule for delivery of the products and their vehicles are available. Supply Chain strategy used is pull supply chain, due to the ordering of new production and raw materials is done after the market demand and actually done at the request of the customer or may be called make to order. The forecasting methods used to estimate the amount of demand that is Single Exponential Smoothing methods. Calculation of the predicted availability of raw materials in the warehouse to employ the method of safeguarding inventory (Safety stock). Planning of buying raw materials using the EOQ method and delivery schedule for finished products with customized business rules that exist in the company. Based on the test results it can be concluded that the system is already helping to manage the list of product orders from consumers, help estimating the amount of raw materials to the supplier and helps in determining the schedule of delivery along with the vehicle used.
