Kegiatan pendataan aset kendaraan bermotor di PT Dapensi Dwikarya masih belum efektif, hal tersebut terlihat ketika pendataan aset kendaraan bermotor yang sering terjadi kesalahan, duplikasi data, dan dalam pendataan serta pencarian data yang memakan waktu lama. Hal-hal tersebut membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui sistem informasi yang digunakan perusahaan, bagaimana rancangan sistem informasi yang tepat untuk perusahaan, dan evaluasi jika sudah menggunakan sistem yang baru. Dalam membuat rancangan sistem informasi, penulis menggunakan metode model waterfall sehingga mendapatkan rancangan yang tepat untuk sistem informasi yang dibuat. PT Dapensi Dwikarya belum menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen pendataan sehingga tidak efektif dalam melakukan pendataan aset kendaraan bermotor., dalam hal ini perusahaan masih menggunakan aplikasi olah data bawaan Microsoft. Sehingga sistem informasi ini akan sangat membantu perusahaan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dan telah dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dihadiri oleh tiga karyawan PT Dapensi Dwikarya. Kesimpulan, perusahaan masih belum menggunakan sistem informasi untuk melakukan pendataan aset kendaraan bermotor sehingga sering mengalami kesalahan input, duplikasi data, dan dalam hal waktu. Dengan adanya Sub sistem informasi manajemen pendataan aset kendaraan bermotor ini, perusahaan sangat terbantu dalam melakukan pendataan aset kendaraan bermotor yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit dan terlihat rapi dalam tampilan pendataannya. The log activities of asset motor vehicle of PT Dapensi Dwikarya still not effective, it is visible when log assets of motorists who are frequent errors, duplication of data, and in the log as well as search the data takes a long time. It makes a writer interested in knowing information systems used the company, how the design of information systems is right for the company, and the evaluation if already using the new system. In making the design of information systems, the author uses the method waterfall model so get the right design for the information system that is created. PT Dapensi Dwikarya not using management information systems so that log was not effective in conducting log assets of a motor vehicle, in this case the company still uses the Microsoft default data processing applications. So the system this information will greatly assist the company to resolve the matter, and has been demonstrated by the results of the evaluation that was attended by three employees of PT Dapensi Dwikarya. In conclusion, the company still has not used information systems to conduct log assets so that motor vehicles often have input errors, duplication of data, and in terms of time. With the presence of log assets Sub management information system of the motor vehicle, the company greatly helped in conducting log assets of the motor vehicle of which there is not a bit and look neat in appearance of log.
