Short Message Service (SMS) and Mul timedia Messaging Service (MMS)
have grown rapidly and provided many benefits and applications in many fields.
In this final project, I apply SMS and MMS gateway technology for delivering
data as text and picture by using modem GSM which are connected by computer
as server. The data can be sent via SMS and MMS by using cellular telephone.
Hence, the data can be sent easily in time and space with unlimited.
In this case study, Coldwell Banker Properti Parahyangan located in
Bandung require a data processing application for property with unlimited in
space and time on distributing the property data for a buyer candidate.
The purpose is to apply and facilitate for the marketing staff of Coldwell
Banker Properti Parahyangan in distributing data as text via SMS and picture via
MMS for buyer candidate quickly and efficiently. From the result, the application
work successfully and provide the information as required by
