AKSI Indonesia Professional Event & Training adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa event dan training seperti leadership training, self developing training, service excellent training, family gathering, concert dan talkshow. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan Bapak Deka selaku CEO CV. AKSI Indonesia Professional Event & Training kesulitan bagi CEO untuk menentukan program training dan kesulitan dalam menentukan biaya paket training yang sesuai kondisi pelanggan. Penerapan CRM dalam kegiatan bisnis pada perusahaan ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah yang ada di perusahaan ini. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah jenis manajemen yang membahas mengenai penanganan hubungan antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses manajemen pelanggan, sehingga perusahaan memiliki nilai yang baik dimata pelanggan. Sebuah perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang cerdik untuk mempertahankan posisinya. Salah satu poin yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan sebuah perusahaan adalah bagaimana pangsa pasarnya tetap diminati oleh pelanggan. Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan black box dan beta, CRM ini mampu membantu CEO dalam menentukan program training dan membantu CEO dalam menentukan biaya paket training sesuai kondisi pelanggan dan memantau harga paket training.
