Dalam proses pelayanan siswa masih ditemukan kesulitan baik dari penerapan SOP kerja, pengolahan pengetahuan baru maupun lama berupa pengalaman maupun modul pelayanan siswa, masih sulitnya sharing ilmu pengetahuan antar staff guru dan tempat penyimpanan yang terbatas. Sistem knowledge management di bidang pelayanan siswa ini merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk menjawab masalah tersebut. Dengan fitur yang tersedia diharapkan mempermudah staff guru dalam mengolah pengetahuan, menjadikan SOP sebagai acuan pelayanan dan menjadi wadah untuk sharing antar staff guru. Kelebihan dari aplikasi ini yaitu staff guru dapat melakukan pengolahan pengetahuan, penyelesaian masalah siswa, berbagi pengalaman dan diskusi.
