The developing of diffusion well is to give benefits to daily aktivities of society, the main purpose of diffusion well is to save water, in order to avoid drought at the dry season and floods at the rain season. Problems that often happened in Sub-District of Sekeloa are the lack of awareness and understanding of society to save water, also its minim of development of diffusion well residing in Sub district of Sekeloa. This issue that interest writer to chase the Sub district of Sekeloa as research object.
On this research writer used of descriptive method. Descriptive method is to describ, interpretei and analysis in systematic, accurate and factual manner of Managing Governance in succeeding of Development of Well Diffusion in Sub-District of Sekeloa on year 2005. Purposive technique was used in collecting the data, wich means that informants were choosed to be interviewed. Data was collected by interview and observation techniques.
The result shows that there are limited budget to build diffusion wells, and tack of understanding of all elllite figures to realite the diffusion wells, authority overflowed by sub-district chief of village of Sekeloa unable to be executed by the local RW. Programme these factors lead to the failure of the programme. it means that the result is not the same with have been planned by Sub-district of Sekeloa.
