Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti metode pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) pada sub pokok bahasan Kalimat Majemuk. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Al-Hikam Pekalangan Bondowoso. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan pada tanggal 07 April 2016 sampai dengan 16 April 2016. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X TPHP. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Soal test sebanyak 5 soal uraian yang telah dihitunng validitas, reabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data aktivitas dan kategori hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II persentase aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 80,2% menjadi 89%. Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kategori hasil belajar yang dicapai pada siklus I dan siklus II, pada siklus I ada 6 siswa yang tidak tuntas hasil belajarnya dan ketuntasan secara klasikal adalah 70% sedangkan pada siklus II semua siswa tuntas hasil belajarnya dan ketuntasan secara klasikal adalah 100%.

The background research conducted by the math problems not well liked by the students. The problem is caused due to the learning of mathematics in Indonesia are still using theacher centered approach which teacher-centered learning and teaching so that teachers tend to dominate in mathematics learning students only receive information passively students less attentive to learn to work together among friends. Therefore the use of learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) that fosters students' activity in learning. The study aimed to find out how the activity and student learning outcomes after following learning methods Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in the sub subject Compound Sentences. This research was conducted at SMK Al-Hikam Pekalangan Bondowoso. Implementation of the study conducted on April 7, 2016 until 16 April 2016. The research subject is class X TPHP. This study uses classroom action research (PTK). Methods of data collection using tests, observation, interviews and documentation. Problem test as much as 5 about the description you have dihitunng validity, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing features.Based on the analysis of activity and categories of student learning outcomes in the first cycle and the second cycle of activity the percentage of students has increased from 80.2% to 89%. Student learning outcomes also increased. It can be seen from the category of learning outcomes achieved in the first cycle and the second cycle, the first cycle there are six students who did not complete study results and completeness in classical is 70% while in the second cycle of all students completed study result and completeness in the classical is 100 %.
