Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tidak tepatnya sasaran pengelolaan dana bantuan sosial Covid-19 dan kurang sesuai dengan prinsip good governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dalam pengelolaan dana bantuan sosial Covid-19 di Desa Majalaya, Kecamatan Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Pemerintah Desa Majalaya, Kecamatan Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung pada tahun 2021. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Majalaya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada pejabat Desa dan masyarakat setempat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah analisis triangulasi yang terdiri dari 4 proses, yaitu: 1) mendeskripsikan narasumber, 2) mendeskripsikan informasi yang didapat dari narasumber, 3) membandingkan teori dengan informasi dari narasumber, dan 4) kesimpulan. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan diperoleh gambaran mengenai pengolahan dana bantuan sosial Covid-19 dengan prinsip-prinsip good governance. Dari penelitian mengenai kelima prinsip yang peneliti amati yaitu prinsip partisipasi masyarakat, transparansi, kesetaraan dan keadilan, efektifitas dan efisiensi, serta akuntabilitas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance dalam Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Sosial Covid-19 di Desa Majalaya Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung cukup baik pada prinsip partisipasi masyarakat, efektifitas dan efisiensi, kesetaraan dan keadilan, serta akuntabilitas. Namun masih ada kekurangan dalam prinsip transparansi. Kata Kunci: Prinsip-prinsip Good Governance, Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Sosial, Covid- 19 dan Desa Majalaya.

This research was motivated by the ineect management target of Covid-19 social assistance funds and was not in accordance with the principles of good governance. This research aims to find out the application of the principles of good governance in the management of Covid- 19 social assistance funds in Majalaya Village, MajalayaSubdistrict, Bandung Regency. This research uses a type of qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at the Majalaya Village Government office, Majalaya Subdistrict, Bandung Regency in 2021. The subject of this study was the Majalaya Village Government Office. The data collection in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The interview was conducted to the Village official and local communities. The data analysis technique used by this study is a triangulation analysis consisting of 4 processes, namely: 1) describing the source, 2) describing information obtained from the source, 3) comparing the theory with information from the source, and 4) conclusions. From this research, it is expected to get an overview of the processing of Covid-19 social assistance funds with the principles of good governance. From research on the five principles that researchers observe, namely the principles of community participation, transparency, equality and justice, effectiveness and efficiency, and accountability can be concluded that the Application of The Principles of Good Governance in the Management of Covid-19 Social Assistance Fund in Majalaya Village of Majalaya District of Bandung Regency is quite good on the principle of community participation, effectiveness and efficiency, equality and justice, and accountability.
