ABSTRACT This research is about how the service evidence can be influence customer satisfaction. This research has been conducting in one of game center in Bandung, which is "COMMANDO game center". Service having the character of intangibility make customer assesses a service from tangible things. Service evidence has three dimensions that are people, process, and physical evidence.
